    In the affair were Philippine Sports Commission (PSC) Richard E. Bachmann, Philippine Olympic Committee (POC) president Abraham Tolentino, who accepted the Philippine Flag from President Marcos during the cermonial turnover. Also present were Senator Bong T. Go, Chairman, Senate Committee on Sports, Congressman Richard Gomez, president Philippine Fencing Association, Hon. Faustino Michael Carlos T. Dy, Chairman, House Committee on Youth and Sports, PSC Commisioners and  NSA officials. The 2023 Southeast Asian Games will be held in Phnom Penh, Cambodia on May 5-17 2023. (HTV)
