Pinagharian ng Carcar native na si Lapiz ang men’s division sa oras na dalawang oras, 42 minuto, at 33 segundo, higit pitong minutong mas mabilis sa silver medallist na si Salvador Polilio, na nagtala ng oras na 2:49:54. Tumapos namang ikatlo si Welfred Esporma sa bilis na 2:58:51.
